Yes. You fill in the NHS registration form on Bookable and we send it to Carepoint Practice for you. The GP surgery will contact you to confirm your registration.

No. You have the right to register with a GP surgery even if you do not have proof of address, ID or an NHS number. This includes people who are new to the UK.
Can I book an appointment before I am registered?
Yes. You can choose an appointment time first, then register with Carepoint Practice as part of the same booking.
Is it free?
Yes. Registering with a GP surgery and booking NHS appointments is free, and you do not need an account.
