We want everyone to be able to find and access NHS care through Bookable, whatever their abilities.
How accessible Bookable is
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard, and to follow NHS accessibility guidance. This means Bookable is designed to:
- work with a keyboard, without needing a mouse;
- work with screen readers and other assistive technology;
- let you zoom in up to 200% without content breaking;
- use clear, plain English following the NHS Service Manual;
- keep strong colour contrast so text is easy to read.
Translating Bookable
Every page of Bookable can be translated automatically. Use the language menu at the top of any page to choose your language.
